Nomination de l’archevêque métropolitain de Gagnoa (Côte d’Ivoire)ROME, Vendredi 21 juillet 2006 (ZENIT.org) – Le pape a nommé ce vendredi archevêque métropolitain de Gagnoa en Côte d’Ivoire, Mgr Barthélémy Djabla, jusqu’ici évêque de San Pedro-en-Côte-d’Ivoire. Mgr Barthélémy Djabla est né en 1936. Il a été ordonné prêtre le 15 mars 1964, nommé évêque de San Pedro-en-Côte d’Ivoire le 23 octobre 1989 et ordonné évêque le 7 janvier 1990. L’archidiocèse de Gagnoa compte 133.920 catholiques, soit 9,8% de la population, 87 prêtres, près de 70 religieux et religieuses, et 30 paroisses. |
